Something shifts when a person finally understands themselves. Not just their behavior, but the origin of it. The patterns that formed quietly over years, the triggers that took over before they could think, the emotions that never had a name. That understanding is where real change begins, and it is what every session at the Coreano Theory is built around.
After years of working with clients across every stage of life, one thing became clear. The approaches that created lasting change were the ones that went deep enough to address the root of what a person was carrying, not just the surface expression of it. That observation led to the development of the Coreano Theory, an original therapeutic framework that draws from Gestalt psychology, Rogerian person-centered therapy, and holistic methodology, woven together into a single adaptive approach that responds to the individual in front of the therapist.
The program is structured around the science of neuroplasticity. Research shows that new behavioral patterns require between 21 and 66 days to become automatic. Every plan is built around that reality, with a minimum 3-month commitment that gives the brain the time it genuinely needs to rewire. Sessions are personalized from the first conversation. No two plans look the same, because no two people are the same.
The Coreano Theory serves children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Whatever stage of life you are in, whatever you are carrying, the approach adapts to you. Sessions are built around your specific history, your nervous system, your triggers, and your goals. The plan belongs to you from the very beginning.
Before any therapeutic work begins, every client completes a comprehensive pre-assessment. This gives the therapist a full picture of who you are, how your environment has shaped you, and what kind of support will be most meaningful. The work that follows is grounded in that understanding, and it evolves as you do.
Growing up, I watched what happens when emotions go unnamed. Anger that quietly becomes distance. Sadness that gets buried until it surfaces somewhere unexpected. Patterns passed from one generation to the next without anyone ever stopping to understand where they came from or why they kept repeating.
That observation stayed with me through years of academic study and thousands of hours of practice. It shaped the questions I learned to ask in sessions and the framework I eventually developed. Every method in this practice exists because it proved itself useful for real people in real life. The Coreano Theory is the result of refusing to settle for approaches that only reach the surface.

Every behavioral pattern, emotional response, and recurring struggle has an origin. The work in these sessions is focused on finding that origin and addressing it directly. That is where lasting change happens.

Every session receives complete, undivided attention. The plan for each client is built from scratch based on who they are. There are no formulas here, and no assumptions.

Every strategy, insight, and tool introduced in a session is designed to be taken home, practiced, and owned by the client. The measure of good therapeutic work is that the client eventually carries it forward entirely on their own.
