Individual Therapy for Adults
You have been carrying certain patterns for a long time. The way you respond to stress, the way you shut down or explode, the way certain situations pull something out of you that you later regret. Those patterns have a root. This is where you find it.
About the service
Individual therapy at the Coreano Theory is a one-on-one experience built entirely around you. Before a single session begins, you complete a comprehensive pre-assessment that gives the therapist a full picture of your history, your nervous system, your environment, and what you are carrying. The plan that follows is built from that understanding. Nothing is assumed and nothing is generic.
Sessions run 50 minutes and are held weekly as a default, though frequency is adjusted based on your specific needs and goals. The program follows a minimum 3-month commitment, structured around the science of neuroplasticity. Research shows that new behavioral patterns take between 21 and 66 days to become automatic. That is the foundation the program is built on. Real change takes time and this practice respects that.
What results can I expect?
- You will develop a clear understanding of your emotional triggers and where they come from, giving you the ability to recognize them before they take over.
- You will build a personal set of strategies that work in your actual daily life, not just in a session, so that the progress you make stays with you.
- You will begin to understand the connection between your nervous system, your behavioral patterns, and your history, which changes how you see yourself and the situations around you.
- You will leave the program with tools you can continue using independently, and share with the people closest to you.
